Letsebe Sejoe

Letsebe leads the Business Development team and is responsible for co-ordinating and implementing the Botswana IFSC’s pro-active business development strategy and campaign. The Business Development team is responsible attracting financial services providers across the various IFSC target sectors, to establish regional operations in Botswana’s IFSC, and for growing the IFSC as a location for financial and business activity in the region. Prior to joining the Botswana IFSC, Letsebe served as a Business Support Manager at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana and has also worked as Finance Officer in the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.

 

Tshephang Kelatile
Business Development Executive
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Centers

Tshephang is the Business Development Executive responsible for Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Centres. He is responsible for the design and implementation of marketing and business development strategies to attract international investors in this sector to locate in Botswana and to facilitate the growth of the domestic market. Prior to joining the Botswana IFSC, Tshephang worked for Orange Botswana as Marketing Offers Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management from the University of Botswana and a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby (UK).

 

Keletsositse Olebile
Strategy and Research Executive

Keletsositse's responsibilities include strategy development and performance monitoring. He undertakes research encompassing market and policy issues to ensure that the Botswana IFSC is receptive to the dynamic environment in which it operates. Prior to joining the Botswana IFSC, Keletsositse worked for a number of organizations including Micro Provident Botswana Ltd, where he was the General Manager of Letshego Guard (Pty) Ltd, and Barclays Bank of Botswana Ltd where he served as Strategy and Planning Manager. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accountancy, and a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Certificate of Proficiency in Short-term Insurance and Long Term Insurance.
